The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar today shut down Ebonyi State with his campaign rally.
It was observed that mammoth crowd converged both in and outside the Pa Ngele Oruta stadium, singing and waiting for the arrival of Atiku.
It was also observed that markets were closed and major roads leading to the campaign stadium were totally blocked by traffic.
Report says that the 10000 capacity stadium was filled before 8am
